Small Changes. A Healthier Home.

Simple swaps, cleaner ingredients, and practical steps to help you create a healthier home—without changing everything overnight.

Start with one simple change…

You don't have to change everything today.

If you've ever felt overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, confusing ingredient labels, or wondered where to begin, you're in the right place.

Healthy living isn't about perfection.

It's about making one better choice today than you made yesterday.

That's what the Healthy Home Project is all about.

Why I Started the Healthy Home Project

For years, I thought I was doing what was best for my family. Like most people, I trusted familiar brands, read the claims on the front of packages, and assumed that if something was sitting on a store shelf, someone had already done the homework for me.

Eventually, I started asking more questions.

I began reading labels differently, researching ingredients, and changing the products we used in our home.

But I didn't change everything at once.

I changed one thing at a time.

Healthy Home Project grew from that experience. My goal is to make the process easier for other families—to share what I'm learning, simplify confusing information, and help you make informed choices without fear or perfection.

Our Home Should Be the Place Where We Feel Safest.

We spend so much time thinking about what comes into our homes—but rarely stop to look at the ingredients hiding in the products we use every day.

Healthy Home Project is about learning to ask better questions.

  • What's in it?

  • Why is it there?

  • Is there a better option?

You don't need to live in fear of everything around you.

You just need the information to make the choice that's right for your family.

You should feel empowered and educated rather than overwhelmed.
